Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and Square). We do not directly store your complete credit card numbers. We receive and store:

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States, provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL database) and related cloud infrastructure providers. Files and photos are stored using Supabase Storage.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest
  • Secure password hashing using bcrypt
  • Role-based access controls
  • Regular security monitoring and logging
  • Multi-tenant data isolation

4.3 Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulatory authorities as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data according to the following schedule:

  • Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your subscription
  • Financial Records: 7 years after creation (for tax and legal compliance)
  • General Business Data: 3 years after account closure
  • Post-Cancellation: 90 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted (except as required by law)
  • Backup Data: May persist in backups for up to 30 additional days

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and maintain opt-out records for all recipients.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
