When you create an account, we collect:

  • Phone number
  • Company/organization name
  • Password (stored in encrypted form)
  • Profile image (if provided)

1.2 Business Data You Enter

Through your use of the Service, you may enter:

  • Customer Information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and service addresses
  • Employee/Technician Data: Names, contact information, skills, certifications, pay rates, employment dates
  • Job and Service Records: Work order details, descriptions, scheduling information, completion notes
  • Financial Data: Invoices, estimates, payment records, pricing information
  • Photos and Documents: Job site photos, signatures, uploaded files
  • Equipment Records: Serial numbers, warranty information, maintenance history
  • Inventory Data: Materials, stock levels, costs

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs
  • Location Data: GPS coordinates when using mobile dispatch and tracking features (with your permission)
  • Usage Data: Features used, actions taken within the Service
  • Session Information: Login times, session duration, user agent

1.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and Square). We do not directly store your complete credit card numbers. We receive and store:

  • Last four digits of payment card
  • Card type and expiration date
  • Billing address
  • Payment transaction IDs and status

We collect information from:

  • Emails you send to us
  • Support requests and communications
  • SMS messages sent through the Service (with opt-in consent)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States, provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL database) and related cloud infrastructure providers. Files and photos are stored using Supabase Storage.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest
  • Secure password hashing using bcrypt
  • Role-based access controls
  • Regular security monitoring and logging
  • Multi-tenant data isolation

4.3 Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulatory authorities as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data according to the following schedule:

  • Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your subscription
  • Financial Records: 7 years after creation (for tax and legal compliance)
  • General Business Data: 3 years after account closure
  • Post-Cancellation: 90 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted (except as required by law)
  • Backup Data: May persist in backups for up to 30 additional days

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information

  • Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing communications

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information, so this right does not apply

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, you can opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings or by using browser extensions designed for this purpose.

9. SMS/Text Messaging

If you or your customers opt-in to receive SMS notifications through the Service:

  • Standard message and data rates may apply
  • Message frequency varies based on service activity
  • Reply STOP to opt-out at any time
  • Reply HELP for assistance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and maintain opt-out records for all recipients.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

11. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Service.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
